Yirgacheffe Halo
A luminous washed natural with notes of bergamot, stone fruit, and jasmine. Grown at 2,100m in the Gedeo Zone.
Veldt & Bean · Roastery, Berlin
Organic small-batch coffee sourced ethically from growers who care as deeply about the land as we do. Every cup tells a story worth slowing down for.
"We believe the best cup of coffee begins not in the roastery, but in the relationship with the farmer."
— Maren & Selin, Co-founders
Maren and Selin left careers in architecture and botany to pursue what mattered most. Veldt & Bean was born in a Berlin backyard roastery in 2016 and has grown entirely on word of mouth.
We travel to origin every harvest season. Each lot is hand-selected based on relationship, transparency, and taste. We pay above fair-trade prices because quality and ethics are inseparable.
Our drum roaster holds 5 kg per batch. We roast twice weekly to ensure peak freshness. Each roast is profiled, logged, and tasted before it reaches your door.
Good coffee rewards patience — a bloom that opens, a pour that steadies, a sip that lingers. Every blend and single-origin we carry is designed for that slower morning.
